to these questions; Directed are some questions at the present-day Islamic religious leaders and theological experts in connection with the beliefs of the Lahore Ahmadiyya Movement and the declaration of Ahmadis in Pakistan as non-Muslims: 1. Does the Holy Quran give authority to any person, party, parliament, court or any organisation to declare a person as a non-Muslim, who professes to be a Muslim? 2. Does the Sunnah allow any person, party, parliament, court or any organisation to declare a person as a non-Muslim, who professes to be a Muslim? 3. If the constitution of a country says that no act can be passed against Holy Quran and Sunnah [as in Pakistan] and the Holy Quran and Sunnah do not give authority to any body to be called a non-Muslim when he professes to be a Muslim and is a Kalima-reciter [Kalima-goh]; what would be the legal position of such an act or ordinance???
